HMI

The clever copilot sits on the handlebars – the HMI.

With its many functions, the HMI by far outstrips conventional bicycle computers. As well as showing battery status and support modes, the HMI also displays speed and distance travelled.

Up to four modes are available, each of these can be controlled separately to provide power support:

Eco (appreciated support at maximum efficiency for maximum cruising range)
Tour (smooth riding - ideal for touring and trekking going for a long cruizing range)
Sport (powerful support - sportive riding off road as well as start/stop urban traffic)
Speed (maximum power supporting highest cadence for ambitious sportive riding).

The table shows the assistance level in relation to the assistance mode (data in table refer to derailleur):
